Fairness
Every pull is decided by maths you can check yourself
We commit to a secret before it draws anything, every pack records the exact inputs that produced its prize, and the secret is published when the seed rotates. At that point anyone can replay the draw and land on the same prize — or catch us if it does not.
How it works
1. Commit
Each pool runs on a secret server seed. Before it draws a single pack we publish its SHA-256 hash. The hash cannot be turned back into the secret, but it pins the secret down — we cannot swap it later.
2. Draw
Opening a pack computes HMAC-SHA256(secret, nonce). The first 13 hex digits become a number between 0 and 1, which is looked up against the published odds table.
3. Reveal
When the seed rotates — roughly weekly — we publish the secret itself. Hash it: it must match the commitment we published first. Then replay any draw it made.
The nonce
The message passed to the HMAC is always three fields joined by colons:
poolId:packId:clientSeed
clientSeed is your own payment order id, so you contribute entropy to your own pull and we cannot pick a nonce that suits us. packId is unique per pack, so the same seed never produces the same roll twice.

Seed commitments
No pool has drawn a pack yet. The first seed hash is published here the moment a pool goes live.
Odds never change inside a season. A different payout means closing the season and publishing a new table — never a silent adjustment to a live one.
